末端處理技術有:1、吸附法;2、膜分離法;3、液體吸收法;4、催化燃燒法;5、光催化氧化處理技術;6、生物處理技術;
對于VOCs的治理,單一的技術很難達到國家現在的排放標準。針對不同的廢棄處理,將不同的技術相結合會達到更好的效果。
比如在去除VOCs之前要進行預處理,除掉廢氣中的塵等;
在處理大風量、低濃度且沒有回收價值的有機廢氣時,可以選擇轉輪濃縮吸附+蓄熱式催化燃燒聯合技術,有回收價值的有機廢氣可以選擇吸附濃縮技術+冷凝回收技術聯用;
在處理高濃度有機廢氣時可以選擇冷凝+吸附技術、吸附濃縮+冷凝回收/燃燒技術等;在處理惡臭氣體時可選擇生物處理+光催化或低溫等離子技術;
在處理油氣回收時可選擇冷凝+膜分離技術等。
合理的聯合技術解決了單一處理技術無法處理不同VOCs的難題,也是以后在處理VOCs方面的主流選擇。
