一、電頻爐煉鋼的除塵灰有什么用

煉鋼除塵灰通過一文、二文、重力脫水器、彎頭脫水器、濕旋脫水器由轉爐濁環水帶入污水槽，再進入污水處理設備，經沉淀后污泥運至造球車間，可作為冷壓球團的原料，加入膨潤土和粘結劑，混合后制成球團，烘烤后送入轉爐高位料倉，可作為轉爐煉鋼。

要使精煉爐排煙、 除塵達到較理想效果， 須按鋼水精煉工藝條件，設備總體設計時應確定其產生的最大排煙量、 煙氣成分及煙塵溫度。 作為管道設計及選用除塵器的依據。精煉條件及煙氣的形成與控制。
