二、梳妝服裝一定要合適

迷彩服里的體能衫假如洗了還沒干，最好一件吸汗性好的棉制背心代替，否則您的迷彩服很快會曬出鹽。腰帶要適當(dāng)緊一點，走起路來會更有精神勁兒。襪子最好穿棉制運動襪，鞋子里面再墊一塊軟鞋墊，這樣腳后跟會愜意一點。

三、留意增補(bǔ)水分

每天以運動飲料和茶水、鹽水最佳，不要拼命喝白開水或礦泉水。

四、留意增補(bǔ)營養(yǎng)

軍訓(xùn)后體力消耗極大，這個時候不要虧待自己，多吃一些肉類、蛋類，最好還多喝點湯菜類，同時留意增補(bǔ)各種維生素。

五、留意防病

遇上大雨或大汗淋漓后不要急于喝水，應(yīng)該輕微休息片刻再增補(bǔ)水分，以免對腸胃溘然加重負(fù)擔(dān)造成傷害。全身大汗淋漓后，不能馬上沖涼水澡，以免全身毛孔迅速閉合，體內(nèi)暖量不能披發(fā)而滯留體內(nèi)，引起高暖。

六、留意防曬

出門前半小時就要涂防曬霜，它也需要時間吸收。防曬霜要隨身帶，一般是二個小時就要涂一次。準(zhǔn)確的步驟是先用吸油面紙擦干凈臉，再涂防曬霜，不外軍訓(xùn)出汗良多，只要教官讓您休息您就涂;含有防護(hù)UVA功能的會比較好，好比還帶有PA字樣的防曬霜。

七、不要硬撐

軍訓(xùn)中要講“堅持再堅持”，但假如其實支持不下往，一定要休息，不要硬撐，防止出意外，特別是體質(zhì)較差的同學(xué)。

八、按時作息

軍訓(xùn)期間按時作息，養(yǎng)精蓄銳，為漫漫軍訓(xùn)路打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

九、留意溝通
