一、我國大氣污染存在的問題

1、機動車尾氣排放

目前，人均擁有汽車數量不斷增長，機動車尾氣排放量與日俱增，導致了大氣污染日益嚴重。尤其是尾氣中大量的二氧化硫、一氧化碳等污染物直接危害人類的身體健康，嚴重污染了大氣環境。特別是在大中型城市中，空氣污染的首要因素就是汽車尾氣的排放。盡管，一些城市實行了單雙號限行等措施，但所起作用并不顯著，這只是一種治標不治本的方法。

2、能源結構以煤為主

我國的能源消耗主要以煤炭為主，占一次能源消費總量的75%，而新能源占比仍然是很少的，我國能源結構中天然氣所占比例也很少的，從整體而言說，我國仍是以煤為主的燃煤大國。在我國，煤的使用滲透到各個方面，家庭中常燃煤進行取暖、做飯等，由于水利發電無法滿足人們的用電需求，因此我國發電仍是以火力發電為主，煤炭燃燒產生的硫化物等污染物直接排入大氣中，造成空氣污染。我們現在以煤為主的能源結構是被動選擇，而不是主觀選擇，而。目前尚未找到可以替代煤的能源，直接導致了能源不合理的現狀得不到有效改善。

3、工業廢氣

5、環境執法監管不嚴
